We ask "will this ever change?", but do nothing to change it.

We believe that you have the power to change.

However, we believe that to create real, lasting change, you must create a fundmental shift in how you view yourself, and to do this you must complete three key steps.

First you must:

​​Know yourself - understand the reasons behind your depression, to know yourself fully, to do the hard, soul-searching work necessary to know what pains you and what you can do to heal yourself.

Grow yourself - take steps to change the way you think, about yourself, others and the world, and taking actions that improve your life. This gives you feelings of accomplishment and raises your self-esteem.

Love yourself - this is by far the hardest part and can only come after you have completed the first two tasks, after doing the work, but is also the sweetest, to be able to look at yourself in the mirror with love and pride.

If you are ready for change, make a commitment to yourself and do it.


You can live a life of love, hope and compassion.
